Our senior staff will teach first-timers to prepare you for construction work!

Work Tasks:
Assist in general civil engineering work (earthwork, formwork, concrete work), in addition to manual transport of materials, assistance in formwork assembly, concrete kneading and filling, etc.

This includes mowing, loading and unloading materials, and earthwork using shovels and dredges.

Daily wage: 10,000~12,000 yen
Transportation allowance: up to 10,000 yen (depending on distance)
Overtime allowance

*9,000 yen wage during probationary period

Bonus once a year depending on ability

Example Salary:
250,000 - 300,000 yen per month

Working days: 22 days/month
*Saturdays are worked irregularly (according to the company calendar)

Working hours 8:00-17:00

Break time: 90 minutes
