♢Taxi driver

Day shift (7:00-18:00) 24 shifts/month
Night shift (17:00 - 4:00) 24 shifts/month
Every other day (8:00 - 4:00 the next day) 12 shifts/month

▼급료
♢Percentage payment- 51% of sales paid

※For those whose commission is below the minimum wage, the minimum wage is guaranteed.
※Guaranteed salary of 260,000 yen/month for the first 3 months of employment
※10,000 yen per day during the 8 day training period to obtain class 2 driver’s license


【Example of salary】
2nd year with the company / 53 years old / 520,000 yen → 428,000 yen
5th year with the company / 47 years old / 380,000 yen → 326,660 yen
7th year with the company / 50 years old / 310,000 yen → 241,000 yen
Average 317,000 yen
Experience and years of employment are not a factor in this position.

▼계약 기간
There is a trial period of 6 months to 1 year. After that, there is no fixed contract period.
The contract is on a commission basis, depending on conditions. (Renewed annually)

▼근무일수・시간
Day shifts: 24 shifts/7am to 6pm (1 hour break)
Night shifts: 24 shifts/5pm to 4am (1 hour break)
Every other day/Alternating Day shifts: 12 shifts (over 24 days)/7:00 to 4:00 the next day (3 hours break)

▼시간 외 노동
Overtime work is subject to local labour laws.

・Day shift workers: 2 hours
・Alternating Day shift worker:4 hours

▼휴일・휴가
Cab companies operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Holidays are determined by shift schedules.
Sunday is a day off for those who wish to take it.

【Training period】
♢Duration of getting class 2 driver’s license: 8 days
♢External training: 3 days
♢In-house training: 10 days

【Trial period】
♢6 months to 1 year
