We "BREADPLANT OZ" is a bakery in Meguro-ku, Tokyo, celebrating its 10th anniversary this year.
The owner, Chef Oshima, has been in charge of technical training for all of our bakeries for 10 years since the establishment of Maison Kaiser. Knowing traditional methods and techniques, the chef's desire is to "pursue the original deliciousness of bread dough. Located in a residential area with many families, the restaurant also approaches the issue from the perspective of food education, increasing local children's exposure to "good taste" from an early age.
Our customer service staff is committed to creating a moment of joy in the customer's day through our baked goods.
