【Specific job descriptions after training】
◎Answering questions
Respond to questions and consultations from operators.
You will be able to learn about frequently asked questions and tips on how to respond to them through training.
◎Creating operations manuals and conducting training
You are also in charge of creating operations manuals and setting up and conducting training for on-site staff.
◎Center numerical management
You compile figures related to the center's operations, such as operator assignments and response rates.
