Operations related to the printing of data received at our data center, the creation of forms, and the sealing and enclosing of forms.
<Work Tasks >
Data received from customers are printed out on forms, which are then processed and sorted (into sealed letters, postcards, etc.) by various machines.
Generally, the work is done by part-timers, who first learn the operation, setup, and job duties of each machine and eventually are provided work instructions and guidance.
However, since the work is directly related to end users (customers' customers), any problems can lead to immediate complaints.
We pursue the improvement of productivity and safety through regular inspection. We also develop and create tools and other initiatives that allow us to achieve highly flexible results.

Contract employees: 3,000,000-3,700,000 yen (monthly salary 250,000 yen + overtime)
*Commuting and shift allowances are paid separately.
*This is a contract position at first, but there is an opportunity to become a permanent employee.
*Whether you continue as a contract employee or become a permanent employee will be determined after a maximum of 6 months.
(*We have a track record of promoting permanent employees)

Working days : 5 days a week
Working hours: 9:00-17:30 *Regular working hours: 7.5 hours, with no overtime days
Shift work: (1) 9:00 to 21:00, (2) 21:00 to 9:00 (3 shifts, 1 day off)
Break :1 hour
