Fresh fish department: In-store sales, replenishment of in-store merchandise, etc.

Fruit and vegetable department: Bagging, replenishment of in-store merchandise, etc.

Grocery department: replenishment of in-store merchandise, cash register, etc.

▼급료
1,100 yen per hour on weekdays (1,200 yen on weekends and holidays)

For full-time workers (40 hours per week)
1,150 yen per hour on weekdays (1,250 yen on weekends and holidays)

▼계약 기간
The contract is for one year from April 1 of the current year to March 31 of the following year, and is renewed annually.

▼근무일수・시간
Minimum of 2 days per week and minimum of 2 hours per day.
Those who work 6 hours 15 minutes to 8 hours per day can take a 45 to 60 minute break.

▼시간 외 노동
Generally, there is no overtime, but for hours worked in excess of 8 hours per day, we pay the contracted hourly rate plus 25% of the contracted hourly rate.

▼휴일・휴가
Shifts will be managed based on employment contract, 2 to 5 days off per week.
Annual paid leave system is available.

Those who work 20 hours or more per week or earn a monthly wage of 88,000 yen or more are required to enroll in social insurance.
