Work for a major company that manufactures automotive parts (transmissions).
<Assembly>
Assembling parts using an electric screwdriver, air screwdriver, and hammer.
The number of parts you will assemble is a little more, and this is line work with by a group of 3 to 4 workers.
<Sorting and Transporting>
This work involves taking out the necessary parts to assemble one transmission from the parts rack and transporting them to the assembly process.
While you pay attention not to have wrong parts, wrong number of parts, and stockout, you choose all necessary parts for one transmission from about 10,000 parts and set them on parts table (Hand-pushed wagon). At first glance, this may seem like a difficult task, but you will check them using a bar code reader.
<Cleaning of parts>
You disassemble transmissions collected at the factory using electric screwdrivers and other tools, you take out various parts.
After that, you clean them to reassemble.
This job is perfect for those who want to do simple work!
