◆Job Description◆
A wide range of work, mainly exterior construction/civil engineering/foundation work.
(Exterior work/plastering/civil engineering/formwork/foundation work)

Also, plastering only, civil engineering work...and none-specialized work.
Sometimes we go to the formwork site the day after the plastering site.

If you have any experience, you can make the most of it!

■Experienced workers: 312,000 yen～
(Daily wage calculation: 13,000-18,000 yen)

■Inexperienced: 264,000 yen and up
→Salary will be raised depending on experience, qualifications, and ability.
We will consider your previous salary.

■We are also looking for part-timers!
From 11,000 yen per day
From 3 weeks or more
Flexible working hours are also available!

■Training period is about 1 month.
→Training period may be extended or shortened depending on ability.
(Training period salary
　Experienced workers: 288,000 yen and up
Inexperienced: 240,000 yen and up )

Transportation expenses will be provided as stipulated!

We can negotiate daily/weekly payment!
<Example of salary>
Worker A in 3rd year with the company:
- Monthly salary 350,000 yen
- Annual income 4,500,000 yen

[Salary increase system]
Employment status: Regular employee
Amount of salary increase: 500 yen to 1,000 yen (calculated on a daily basis) *Past results
Number of times: About once or twice a year
Reflection period: The following month's salary will be reflected.
Evaluation method: Evaluation based on skills, abilities, and work attitude.

06:30- Assemble at the materials yard!
08:00- Start work on site!
10:00- Break
10:15- Resume work
12:00- Break
13:00- Resume work
15:00- Rest
15:15- Resume work
17:00- Finish at site
Dismissal upon return to the materials yard!

Some days we finish early.
Direct trip and direct return are negotiable.
