<Front Desk Staff>
We are looking for front desk staff who can handle basic front desk duties, including customer service.
・ Receiving and confirming reservations for accommodation/restaurants (telephone support)
・ Check-in/out service
・ Responding to various inquiries.
・ Administrative work using a PC
・ Prepare accommodation plans, etc.
<Restaurant Staff>
We provide evening and breakfast service at the Italian restaurant.
・ Order taking
・ Serving meals and beverages
・ Table setting, etc.
☆ We provide education and training programs that enable you to steadily step up from the basics of customer service to world-class skills.
☆ Some employees change their work from a government-related job as this work “provides intensive customer service and is local-based” People who have experience using PCs from previous jobs can use this skill and experience.
