Administrative work such as answering phones, organizing forms, accepting reservations, responding to e-mails, and translating and interpreting.
*Mails are basically to respond to overseas customers.

Car rental and delivery
This is the work of Renren, from guidance and reception to handing over the vehicle.
Explanations to customers are fixed, so we will give you lectures so that you can easily remember them.

◎You do not need to know much about cars!
◎No experience in customer service is required.
It is OK even if you have never handled phone calls or e-mails.
→We have a manual. We have a manual and you will perform your duties one by one based on it, so you will be able to learn slowly.
→We have a manual for each job, so you can take your time to learn it.
