➀Tamagoyaki are automatically taken our from the machine and transferred to the next lane
・Removing leftovers and residue from the eggs.
※In some cases, you may be required to wear heat-resistant gloves and manually slide the eggs to the next lane.
➁Visually inspecting the finished tamagoyaki coming from the lane and removing non-conforming products (burnt, misshapen, etc.)
Thinly fried eggs, etc., flowing down the lane in sets of three...
・When one or two pieces flowing in, add them to make three or remove them.
※Thinly fried eggs are very floppy. Carefully adding them by hand.
③Tamagoyaki that pass the inspection are automatically packaged by a machine....
・Preparing what is sticking out before packaging.
④Pack and wrap the finished products.
・Labeling the products
・Packing into cardboard boxes
・Stacking packed products (weighing about 8 to 15 kg)

Basically, the entire process will be learned gradually.
