Customer staff
Main business is responding to inquiries from existing clients and troubleshooting
Printer setup, inspection, shipping, and simple repairs.
―During the training period―
First, learn about product knowledge.
Next, observe the conversations of senior staff over the telephone, get to know the feeling of the field, and respond to customer’s inquiries while checking the manual.
You can learn how to set up product inspections and repairs by watching the video manual.

【Salary】
¥1,200 / hour

【Working hours】
9:00-18:00
* You can choose your working hours from the above hours
* You need to work more than 5 hours a day and 4 days a week.

―実習期間の業務―
商品に触れて、まずは商品知識を学びます。
先輩たちの様々な電話でのやり取りをモニターし、現場感を体験していただき、実際にマニュアルを見ながら対応していただきます。
商品の検品修理セットアップなどは、動画のマニュアルを見ながら覚えていきます。
