▼Job Description
Our role is to support the residents’ daily lives
Helping them to live a happy normal life by doing things together like; cooking and tasting food, shopping, and dining outside.
We organize season events that will help residents enjoy their every life.

▼Salary
Group Home in Tokyo → ￥1,096~ ￥1,216/h
Group Home in Saitama → ￥1,003~ ￥1,123/h1,036~ ￥1,156/h
Group Home in Chiba → ¥1,036~ ￥1,156/h
*Depends on the facility.

|- 10:00~ 19:00

Medical Care Service manages and operates more than 300 nursing home facilities, including "Ainoie", a group home that provides special care for elderly with dementia. More than 100 foreign care staff are working in our facilities which includes Filipinos, Chinese, Vietnamese, Brazilian, Koreans, and some other nationalities. Don’t worry if you have no license or experience, our senior staff will be happy to assist and teach you until you will learn the job.
