1,100 yen per hour x actual working hours
Late night allowance: 1,100 yen per hour x 1.25 = 1,375 yen (from 22:00 to 5:00)
Overtime: 1,100 yen per hour x 1.25 = 1,375 yen
(e.g.) If a worker's prescribed working hours for a month are 172h + 20h of overtime work in a month, the amount is 216,700 yen. After deducting social insurance, unemployment insurance, and rent, the net income will be about 150,000 yen.

In principle, the renewal is for one year. For those with specific skills visa holders, we would like you to work for a maximum of five years.
