▼Responsabilidades do Trabalho
(1) Press process
Steel sheets are cut from coils into sheets and processed by drawing, punching, bending, drilling, etc. to produce body parts such as doors and roofs.

(2) Resin parts
This process involves molding, processing, and coating of plastic parts such as bumpers and back doors.

(3) Body process
Body parts formed in the press process are precisely positioned and then welded together using robots to create the shape of a car.

(4) Painting process
After welding is completed, paint is applied to the car body to give it luster and color.

(5) Assembly process
The basic parts of the car, such as window glass, engine, tires, and brakes, are assembled onto the beautifully painted body.

(6) Inspection process
After assembly is completed, the engine, brakes, and other parts are checked to ensure that they function properly, and many items are rigorously and meticulously inspected to ensure that the quality is satisfactory to the customer.

1,700 yen per hour

Bonus: After 1 month (50,000 yen) After 4 months (100,000 yen) After 7 months (100,000 yen) After 10 months (100,000 yen) After 13 months (150,000 yen) Every 6 months thereafter, 150,000 yen is granted.
