▼Responsabilidades do Trabalho
【Classroom Operation and Management (School Manager)】 Responding to parents, instructor management and training, planning study plans, etc.
◆Overall classroom management
Solving various problems that occur in the classroom.
Interact with all people involved in the classroom and work towards classroom management that satisfies everyone.

◆Correspondence for acquiring new tutoring students
This job is to tell the good points of Seigaku-sha (Free Step) to the parents who were introduced by existing students or requested to enter the school on the web.

◆Curriculum management for students
Create and manage the best curriculum to achieve the students' goals based on each student's progress and strengths/weaknesses by utilizing the system.
Understand each student's situation by checking numerical values on the system, classroom patrols, and hearing from teachers

◆Instructor management
Create shifts for instructors (mainly part-time students).
Assign the best lecturers based on the characteristics of the lecturers and students.
The key is to grasp the overall situation on a regular basis.

◆Regular follow-up with parents
Meet with parents on a regular basis to discuss students' grades and learning policies.
If there are 100 students, there will be more than 100 parents, so the ability to understand needs and communicate with them within a limited time frame is essential.
