【Fixed remuneration and JOB Reward are the two main ways to earn a high income! The "Super Hotel" start-up/independence system's compensation system and support system】
In addition to the fixed remuneration described above, the "Super Hotel" start-up/independence system offers job-based rewards.
Fixed remuneration is a fixed amount of remuneration regardless of sales.
JOB-type rewards are rewards based on the performance of the venture manager, and there are two types of rewards: "Performance Rewards" and "Incentive Cages" as described below.
■Performance Reward: Maximum of 3 million yen/year
The maximum incentive amount for Performance Rewards is 3 million yen.
■Incentive gauge: Maximum 4.8 million yen per year
Incentive gauge is calculated based on performance in numerical strength (store profit, customer acquisition, official website reservation rate), emotional strength (breakfast, customer service, cleanliness), and conceptual strength (shared philosophy).
In addition, before assuming the position of "Super Hotel" venture manager, you will learn the skills necessary for hotel management through 50 days of training.
You can rest assured that you will gain hands-on work experience through support to other outlets, and furthermore, after opening, you will work with other hotels!
【Example of remuneration system】
1st year: 11 million yen + incentive + performance reward
2nd year: 11.5 million yen + incentive + performance bonus
3rd year: 12 million yen + incentive + performance bonus
4th year: 12 million yen + incentive + performance bonus
※The above is the minimum amount (for regional openings). The amount will increase depending on the area and the number of rooms.
※There is an in-house commendation system.
※Contracts can be extended after the 4th year (compensation can be further increased).
※The above is the total compensation for the manager and assistant manager.
