- Must currently reside in Japan.
- Your first language must be English.
- You must have a bachelor's degree or higher in Early Child Education or Early Elementary Education.
- having excellent communication skills and are eager to learn new things
- holding a university degree (degree in education/early childhood preferred)
- having at least 2 years experience of teaching (preferably 0-6 age level)
- experiences working in an IB school/s is preferred
- good lesson planners, open to new ideas and enthusiastic to work with children
- are patient, active, friendly and flexible
- are careful and thoughtful
- are team players and proactively support others

- Lesson planning and curriculum creation
- Teaching lessons effectively and offering attractive lessons for the kids
- Evaluating students and monitoring their progress
- Manage class room with your colleague
- Planning school events
- Attending meetings, events, and other activities, if required

Aoba-Japan Bilingual Preschool group are a very successful school with many sister schools including the famous Aoba Japan international school. Harumi Campus (Current JCQ Bilingual Preschool) also are one of the few pre-primary educational institutes to be an authorized IB World school. We are dedicated to provide the best learning environment for children and strive to promote IB philosophy throughout our school community.We are looking for Native English teachers, preferably qualified and / or experienced to teach our students which age from 0-5 year olds. The classes are separated by age, so we are very flexible with the age group you prefer to work with. We have a diversity of teachers from America, Canada, Australia, Britain, Japan, Jamaica to name a few.
