This job involves assembling and clearing scaffolding at construction sites.
By creating safe and sturdy workplaces, we support everyone so that they can build buildings with peace of mind.
We provide support for certification so that you can acquire skills and become a full-fledged craftsman.
We provide an environment where you can grow while working and feel a sense of fulfillment.

・Dismantling scaffolding
・Temporary fencing work to ensure safety at construction sites
▼Salário
Monthly salary ranges from 230,000 yen to 317,000 yen.
(Daily wages from 10,000 yen)
-Full-time allowance 16,000 yen
-15,000 yen for a manager's allowance
-Driving allowance 20,000 yen (middle-size driver's license)
Example of monthly income (with separate bonus)
∙Fourth year with the company
430,317 yen (daily wage 13,000 yen x 24 days = 312,000 yen. Overtime allowance 23,569 yen, holiday allowance 24,748 yen, foreman allowance 25,000 yen, family allowance 10,000 yen, full-time allowance 16,000 yen, driving allowance 20,000 yen)
∙ Third year with the company
294,000 yen (daily wage 10,872 yen x 22 days = 239,200 yen. Regular overtime allowance 12,863 yen, holiday work allowance 12,863 yen, holiday allowance 16,869 yen, family allowance 10,000 yen, full-time allowance 16,000 yen)
Bonuses are paid in August and December.

A-craft is a community-based contractor in Niigata, offering scaffolding and temporary construction services in all areas of the prefecture. Our mission is to provide our customers with the experience, knowledge, and skills we have cultivated through fast and careful construction with safety as our top priority.
The members currently working at A-craft are seven trainees from Indonesia and those with specific skills, and five Japanese masters, working in a friendly atmosphere.
