You will be responsible for providing daily living support to the residents, such as:
Assisting residents with meals, bathing, toileting, sleeping, etc.
Providing snacks
Watching over and patrolling the residents
Other incidental work
The duties vary depending on the time of day you work, however we are there for the residents' family members at all hours. We treat residents with love and sincerity on behalf of their families.
We have introduced an assigned helper system! We believe in providing attentive care services by connecting residents, their families, and our facility staff, we are able to provide attentive care services.

Example Shift:
12:00 Arrive at work and receive resident information in duty handover
13:00 Support residents with brushing teeth
14:00 Events and recreation according to the daily calendar! It is part of our job to have fun together with the staff.
15:00 Snack service (We also watch TV together)
16:00 ~Rest~ (Break time)
17:30 Dinner support (room transfer and serving food)
19:00 Support residents with brushing teeth
20:00 Bedtime assistance (moving to room, changing clothes)
21:00 Handover of duties, leaving work
