Assembly line
Assembling vehicle parts such as screws and bolts using an impact or electric screwdriver.

Paint line
Spray painting of vehicle parts and visual inspection of color irregularities, dirt, etc. are performed.

Even if you have no experience, you can rest assured that our instructors will provide you with a thorough education.

Hourly rate for overtime: 2,163 yen

380,000 yen (22 days of work, 30 hours of overtime, 11 late-night workdays + transportation expenses)

Deductions may be made for dormitory expenses, appliance leasing, room cleaning, garbage disposal, and lock replacement costs according to dormitory rules.
Uniforms: Additional purchase of uniforms will be at your own expense.

Entrance into the dormitory and QUO CARD present
We will contact the guarantor on the day you enter the dormitory to confirm the guarantor's address, the names of the resident and guarantor, and the guarantor's telephone number, and to obtain approval for each rule and regulation. (Utility charges, damage charges, etc.)
*Aptitude and physical fitness tests are conducted by the company after entering the dormitory (written, squat, push-up, and grip strength tests).
*A physical fitness test will be conducted by the client after entering the company (written test, step up and down, repetitive horizontal jump, and forward bend)
There are two types of workplace tours: one is an actual walking tour of the factory, and the other is a viewing of a video introducing the workplace (time required: 1 hour to 1 hour). (The tour takes about one to one and a half hours.)
