For more than 30 years since our establishment, UT3M has been providing services in the form of manufacturing contracting and temporary staffing to manufacturing companies in Japan.
In the future, we will continue to respond to the trust of our customers, based on our long experience and achievements in making the best use of the three M's (people, capital and facilities), not simply by providing human resources, but by working closely with workers and companies to provide high value-added services.
We are now entering the "second founding period" of UT3M. We are strongly aware of new challenges and growth, and aim to make a further leap forward.
