Late night allowance: 1,100 yen per hour x 1.25 = 1,375 yen (from 22:00 to 5:00)
Overtime: 1,100 yen per hour x 1.25 = 1,375 yen
(e.g.) If the prescribed working hours per month is 172h + 20h of overtime work per {}month, 216,700 yen.
After deducting social insurance, unemployment insurance, rent, etc., the take-home pay will be about 150,000 yen.
