工作内容

▼业务内容
The work you will be entrusted with this time ranges from customer service, implementation of business improvement measures, and management of part-time and part-time staff, depending on each project.

The successful candidate will be assigned to one of the following projects: [Specific Organization Structure and Job Description] The candidate will be responsible for undertaking administrative work for each client company (in the case of invoice processing, including reconciliation of travel expense reimbursement and expense reimbursement amounts; in the case of certification examination work, including application form receipt, answer sheet confirmation, and pass/fail mailing), and will mainly engage in customer negotiation, etc., as well as the following tasks.

Customer service (telephone, e-mail, web conferencing)
∟Report on the progress of paperwork to the contact person at the client company, and propose and negotiate with the client company if there are measures to improve the operational flow.
In addition, regular web meetings will be held every month or so to report on the overall processing status.

Identification of issues related to operations and consideration of measures to improve operations
∟We will check for any current issues regarding the business operations, and if there are any issues, we will consider measures to improve them.
(e.g.) What should be done to promote digitization and improve operational efficiency? (e.g.) What can we do to improve operational efficiency by promoting digitalization?

Management of staff work, follow-up support, and man-hour management
∟Manage the progress of administrative work performed by 5 to 20 part-time/part-time staff (in the case of invoice processing: collating and inputting invoice dates, amounts, etc. / in the case of certification examinations: receiving application forms, checking answer sheets, sending pass/fail).
While receiving progress information shared by the members who organize part-time/part-time staff, we grasp the overall man-hour status of the staff and adjust operations.

●Manage quotations, budgets, performance management, and preparation of documents.
∟The staff will manage quotations for each project to be issued when concluding a contract.
In addition, the staff will also be responsible for managing costs within the budget.

Cooperation and coordination with other departments within the company
∟In executing the work, you will be responsible for cooperation and coordination among the various departments within the company to ensure smooth progress.


Do I need to have any specialized knowledge when it comes to invoice processing?
No, expertise is not required at the time of hire! In fact, many of our mid-career hires have worked in customer service or sales.
However, when following up with staff and giving them instructions, there will be times when we will use technical terms related to bookkeeping,
After you join our company, we will give you a lecture while you perform your duties, so it is OK if you study and learn technical terms gradually!

Follow-up System
We will give you a lecture on your work through on-the-job training from senior employees. We expect you to be on your own in about 3 to 6 months after you join us.
