Our concept is "to give people energy and vitality through going beyond the idea of food”.
We offer a cuisine that used mainly vegetables arriving directly from the farmers chosen by the owner chef.
We aim to give vitality all to customers, to farmers and to the staff. We have some brands of reataurants; "Mr.FARMER", "AWkitchen" and "Yasaiya-Mei". Some of these restaurants are located in the area, such as Omotesando, Roppongi and Azabu, where many foreign customers would visit.

<About "AW Kitchen">:
We are proud of plenty of vegetable dishes, such as pasta. Our signature dishes are “Bagna cauda from the farm” and “Trofie arrabbiata”. We have operated 12 restaurants in Japan and Jakarta, Indonesia.

<About "Mr.FARMER">:
We have prepared a variety of salads, open sandwiches, and soups that all maximize the natural strength of the ingredients. It is a good-for-your-body vegetable café that will conjure up an image of healthy-minded cafés in the West coast of the U.S. We have operated 5 restaurants in Tokyo.
