▼Job Responsibilities
Sweet Potato Farming Staff
- This job is to plant sweet potato seedlings.
- We take care of the fields so that they will grow big.
- At harvest time, they harvest sweet and tasty sweet potatoes.
- We carefully pack the harvested sweet potatoes and deliver them to all over Japan and overseas.
- Receiving and shipping sweet potatoes in the warehouse (work with a forklift)

Monthly salary 180,600 yen and up
[Salary example: If you move to Kushima City and have two children
Monthly salary from 250,000 yen (including 30,000 yen for immigration allowance, 15,000 yen for family allowance, and overtime pay)
To be determined in consideration of the individual's experience, age, etc.
Full allowance including family allowance and rent allowance
Salary increase available
Bonus available (twice a year: past results of 100,000 yen to 1,200,000 yen)
Overtime allowance in increments of one minute
