4. Provision of personal information to third parties

1. 5. Security measures for personal data

1. The Company shall take necessary and appropriate measures for the prevention of leakage, loss or damage and other security management of personal information according to the personal data protection risks of the personal information it handles. Please note that a fee of 1,000 yen (1,100 yen including tax) will be charged for each request for notification of the purpose of use of retained personal data or for disclosure of retained personal data or records provided to a third party.
