▼Job Responsibilities
We help our customers have a safe journey and with a smile. It is a challenging but rewarding environment to work as a team.
【Check-in procedures】
- We check all the necessary documents before the customer boards the plane.
- Check tickets and passports.
【Boarding Information】
- Inform passengers where and when to board the plane.
- If there is anything you do not understand, we will gently help you solve the problem.
【Departure and Arrival Announcements】
- Using the microphone, we announce the departure and arrival information of airplanes.
- We will give you important information in clear pronunciation.
【Other related work】
- Helping to keep the airport clean and tidy to make it a clean and comfortable place.

- Hourly wage starts at ¥1,430
- Estimated monthly income is over ¥220,000
- Transportation expenses will be paid (subject to regulations).
- Uniforms will be lent.
- Overtime allowance will be paid for long working hours.
- Late-night allowance is provided for late-night work.
