▼Job Responsibilities
It's a job to check and clean air conditioning equipment in office buildings and shopping malls. Even if you have no experience, you can start with confidence because senior staff will teach you from scratch. Please gain skills while feeling a sense of achievement.
Specific job content:
- Remove and clean the filters of air conditioning equipment.
- Check with senior staff if the equipment is working properly.
- Explain to customers how to use the air conditioning equipment and methods of maintenance.

Base salary: monthly 212,220 yen - 327,860 yen
Fixed overtime: Yes (47,780 yen - 75,338 yen per month, for 30 hours)
Overtime in excess of fixed overtime hours: overtime pay paid separately
Other allowances:
- Family allowance (3,000 yen for dependent spouse, 1,000 yen per child)
- Commuting allowance (actual expenses paid up to 50,000 yen per month)
Allowances based on qualifications are also available, and there is an extensive support system for acquisition.
Salary example:
Fifth year with the company (age 30): 4.65 million yen per year
First year with the company (age 25): 3.87 million yen per year
