We connect people who want to rent or lease a house or apartment.
We find new customers and value the relationships with previous customers.
We also manage information on computers and help close contracts.
We provide information to people who are looking for a house or an apartment.
We use the computer to keep track of the customer's information and the information of the house.
We explain important documents in an easy-to-understand manner and provide support when signing a contract.

The base total salary is 225,000 yen per month.
The breakdown is as follows: base salary 190,000 yen, work allowance 29,145 yen, and job function allowance 5,855 yen.
In addition, a fixed overtime allowance of 29,145 yen is paid for 20 hours.
Excess amount is paid separately.
Bonuses are paid twice a year, but are influenced by the personnel evaluation system and business performance.
Transportation expenses are covered up to a maximum of 20,000 yen.
