▼Job Responsibilities
【Front Desk Staff】
They greet guests with a smile and assist them with check-in and check-out procedures.
They are also in charge of taking reservations by phone and showing guests their rooms.
The front desk staff is in charge of the hotel's computer system.
I will make sure that the hotel lobby and common areas are properly stocked and furnished.
You will participate in fire drills on a regular basis in case of emergency.
We will provide you with careful training after you join our company, so you can start with no experience. This is a challenging job that provides a little special time for our customers.
