Job Description
▼Job Responsibilities
This job is to help guests use the hotel comfortably. This includes reception at the front desk and providing information about the public baths and convenience stores. Once you gain experience, you will also be responsible for training new staff.
- Greet guests at the hotel front desk with a smile.
- Guiding guests to their rooms and handing over keys.
- Guide guests to the hotel's public baths and convenience stores
- Practice hospitality to improve service quality.
- Once you get used to it, we will also entrust you with teaching and training junior staff members.

- Basic monthly salary is 250,000 yen to 350,000 yen
- Overtime allowance
- Late night allowance
- Night shift allowance
- Family allowance (spouse support allowance) 10,000 yen/month
- Angel allowance (child support allowance): 6,000 yen per month (up to 3 children)
- Angel event allowance (special allowance for entrance to kindergarten and high school) 100,000 yen for entrance to kindergarten, nursery school through high school (for employees who have been with the company for at least two years and who have been with the company for at least one year as dependents)
