Job Description

▼Job Responsibilities
As a hotel front desk staff member, you will be responsible for

- Greet guests with a smile and a "Welcome" when they arrive at the hotel.
- Perform check-in and check-out procedures and show them around the hotel.
- Answer questions from guests and give them tourist information.
- They also make drinks at the hotel bar, serve customers, and sell products at the store.
- We take care of things like preparing special gifts for guests' rooms or preparing little pajamas for children.

This job is very important to make our guests smile and have a good time.
