[Hotel Front Desk]
- Greet guests with a smile.
- Assist with check-in and check-out.
- Guide guests around the premises.
- Provide welcome drinks.
- Take reservations.
- Handle inquiries over the phone.
- Manage and report sales.
- Plan room assignments.
- Give instructions to the cleaning staff.
▼Salary
The basic monthly salary ranges from 200,000 yen to 250,000 yen, in addition to various allowances and a twice-yearly bonus. Specific allowances include transportation expenses (up to 20,000 yen per month), a positional allowance (from 20,000 yen to 100,000 yen), family allowances (for dependents: 10,000 yen for a spouse, 10,000 yen for the first child, and 5,000 yen each for the second and third children), perfect attendance allowance, and a late-night work allowance. Overtime work is rare, but depending on the shift, the daily wage can start from 7,500 yen for morning shifts and from 15,000 yen for late shifts. Salary is provided even during the probation period.
