This job involves keeping the store clean, interacting with customers with a smile, and is a chance to shine at Family Mart, which has 13 stores. You can also experience fun conversations with customers and create original store concepts. We will entrust you with tasks such as the following.
【Store Operation Staff】
- Cashier duties involving handling money.
- Greeting customers with a smile, handing over products and providing customer service.
- Stocking shelves so that products are neatly arranged.
- Checking inventory and ordering products to prevent shortages.
【Management Duties】
- Start with what you can do and gradually learn about store management.
- Work with other staff to create a better working environment in the store and make improvements.
- Use your ideas to propose ways to improve the store.

▼Salary
Monthly salary 270,000-320,000 yen, starting salary can be increased depending on experience. Full transportation expenses and excess overtime paid. Trial period: 1,300 yen per hour for 1 to 3 months.
