▼Job Responsibilities
This job is to sell cars (new and used) to foreign customers working in Japan.
We support the ideal car life of foreign customers!
All of our staff members are non-Japanese who can also speak Japanese, so you can work cheerfully and happily.
We not only sell a wide variety of high-quality vehicles, but also offer after-sales services such as trade-ins, vehicle inspections, inspections, repairs, and car insurance.
▼Salary
Basic salary (monthly average): 185,000 yen～ + incentives
*Incentive system based on sales performance
*Commuting allowance, overtime allowance, semi-annual salary increase system, and bonus are available.
The following is an estimate of the maximum incentive payment: roughly 400,000-500,000 yen/month based on commission alone (4-5 million yen for a single month). (If you earn close to 4-5 million yen in a single month)
Example of model monthly income)
Monthly income 270,000 yen (base salary 180,000 yen, commuting expenses 10,000 yen, overtime allowance 20,000 yen, incentive 60,000 yen)
This is an estimate in the case of max incentive payment, but roughly speaking, it was +400,000 to 500,000/month just for the commission. (If you earn close to 4-5 million yen in a single month)
