▼Job Responsibilities
- Welding work: attaching parts of a mini excavator
- Lifting things: using a crane to move heavy objects
- Cleaning up: cleaning up trash after work is done
▼Salary
- 1,900 yen per hour
- Overtime allowance is available (2,375 yen per hour for overtime work)
- Example monthly income:
366,750 yen (based on 20 days of work, 10 hours of overtime and 60 hours of late-night work)
- 20,000 yen for fulltime work (conditions apply)
- Bonuses available (production cooperation money of 50,000 yen per month is paid in January and July, 300,000 yen for six months, and up to 600,000 yen)

The training period ranges from 1 week to 2 weeks, and in some cases, it can last up to 2 months. The training is free of charge, and a salary will be provided during the period.
