▼Job Responsibilities
*This is a full-time position at a staffing agency (Haken Gaisha).
Management, recruitment of Vietnamese staffs with specified skilled visa or temporary foreign staffs, and sales support.
◼️Responsibility
・Recruitment and interviewing of Vietnamese staff
・Create a job description of temporary staff's recruitment
・Contact with applicants and set up the interview
・Help the new staffs employment procedures and conduct induction training.
・Follow-up with Vietnamese staff: You will ask Vietnamese staffs if they have any problems in their work or daily life.
・Help Vietnamese staffs with visa applications.
・Sales and marketing of new business partners
▼Salary
Monthly salary: 270,000 yen - 290,000 yen
(Total amount of base salary and fixed overtime allowance)
・Base salary: ¥220,000/month
・Fixed overtime allowance: ¥50,000/month (23 hours per month)
*Overtime pay will be paid separately for any hours worked beyond 23 hours of overtime.
*If you are able to use your own car as an company car, ¥30,000/month will be paid separately as an allowance.

Monday to Friday
8:30-17:30 (60 minutes break)
▼Overtime Details
Average 30 hours per month.
*Overtime pay will be paid separately for any hours worked beyond 23 hours of overtime.

*You need work on Saturdays 5 times per year.
