Job Description
▼Job Responsibilities
*This is a full-time position at a staffing agency (Haken Gaisha).
Management, recruitment of Vietnamese staffs with specified skilled visa or temporary foreign staffs, and sales support.
◼️Responsibility
・Recruitment and interviewing of Vietnamese staff
・Create a job description of temporary staff's recruitment
・Contact with applicants and set up the interview
・Help the new staffs employment procedures and conduct induction training.
・Follow-up with Vietnamese staff: You will ask Vietnamese staffs if they have any problems in their work or daily life.
・Help Vietnamese staffs with visa applications.
・Sales and marketing of new business partners
▼Salary
Monthly salary: 320,000 yen - 350,000 yen
(*Total amount including base salary and fixed overtime pay)
Base salary: 220,000 yen per month
Fixed overtime pay: Yes (paid in the same unit as salary form)
100,000 yen per month (including fixed overtime hours: 40 hours per month)
Overtime pay will be paid separately for hours worked in excess of fixed overtime hours

If you are able to bring your own car as a sales vehicle, a vehicle allowance of 30,000 yen per month will be paid separately.
