Hourly wage: ¥1,200, Monthly income example: ¥201,000 (based on 8 hours per day, 21 days of work)

Contract renewal will be determined based on factors such as workload at the end of the contract period, progress of the tasks, the employee's abilities, job performance, work attitude, and the company's business situation.
