Job Description

▼Job Responsibilities
Please see English for details.

Morning: English classes for 20-30 children (3-6 years old)
Afternoon: English classes for up to 15 children in different age groups (45 minutes per class, no more than 4 classes)

*Teaching time is limited to 5 hours per day. Other working hours are for transportation, preparation and clean-up.

You will teach at kindergartens located near the following stations in the Chiba area. There is a set schedule of kindergartens to teach at each day.

Maihama station
Ichikawa-Ono station
Nishishirai station
Shirai station

*This schedule is just right for those living in the Funabashi and Chiba area.

▼Salary
Salary: Starting from 290,000 yen per month
Closing at the end of the month, paid into a bank account on the 15th of the following month

Bonus: 30,000 to 90,000 yen (depending on length of service)

▼Contract Period
This is a short-term job.

Length of contract: This is a replacement job for a teacher on maternity leave and the contract is for approximately 3 months.
Possibility of contract renewal: At the end of the replacement period, we will offer you a vacant position or a new position afterwards. We will also provide relocation support if needed.

Details will be explained during the interview.

▼Working Days and Hours
Day of the week: Monday through Friday (5 days a week in principle)
Hours: 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. (maximum class time is 5 hours)

There is a break (45 minutes) between morning classes and afternoon classes.

Class hours vary depending on the kindergarten where you teach.

▼Overtime Details
In principle, none.
Overtime allowances are available when incurred.

▼Holiday
Holidays: Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays
(However, there is a possibility of working on January 13 and February 24 for make-up classes.)

Winter break: December 23 to January 6
New Year's work will begin on January 7.
