Hourly wages range from 1,050 yen to 1,600 yen.
The trial period is one month from the start date of employment, with no change in conditions. A monthly variable working hour system is in place.

The nearest station is Manza-Kazawaguchi Station on the JR Azuma Line, about 25 minutes away by car.
It is also about 60 minutes by car from Karuizawa Station on the Hokuriku Shinkansen Line. Due to the lack of access to public transportation, a regular car license is required.
