**Base Salary:** ¥186,700+ (with additional allowances for commuting, qualifications, family, etc.)
**Salary Example:**
For a 24-year-old university graduate working in Kawasaki (single):
Annual Salary: ¥5,012,857 (Basic Salary: ¥3,972,752 + Overtime Pay: ¥344,105 + Housing Subsidy: ¥696,000)
- **Bonuses:** Paid twice a year (total of 5 months of salary)
- **Salary Increase:** Annually in April
