【Care Support Worker】
As a care support worker, your role is to assist elderly individuals by providing heartwarming services that ensure their daily lives are comfortable and dignified.
Assist with meals.
Help with bathing.
Provide support with toileting.
Assist with mobility as needed.
Perform household support tasks such as laundry.
This role is open to individuals with no prior experience, offering a fulfilling and supportive work environment. You'll have the opportunity to work in a homely and welcoming atmosphere alongside service users and staff. Comprehensive training is provided to help you learn the essential rules and responsibilities, ensuring you can start with confidence.
▼Salary
Hourly wage is 1200 to 1500 yen with transportation expenses paid (stipend provided).
There is no fixed overtime work. The monthly salary conversion is: hourly wage x 8 hours of actual work x 22 days, which is 211,200 yen.
▼Contract Period
The employment period is renewed every two months.
▼Working Days and Hours
【Working Hours】
For full-time, work is possible for 4 hours a day, anywhere between 6:30 to 17:30. Start time is negotiable.
【Break Time】
For full-time, there is a 1-hour break.
【Minimum Working Hours】
4 hours
【Minimum Working Days】
Possible to work from 3 days a week. It operates on a shift system, with a two-day weekend system and it is possible to discuss preferred holidays.
