▼Job Responsibilities
【Caregiver】
In elderly facilities, we provide support for the daily lives of the residents. It is an important job to support the comfortable daily life of the residents.
- Bathing Assistance: We help residents so they can bathe safely.
- Meal Assistance: We help so that residents can enjoy delicious meals.
- Transfer Assistance: We help with safely moving to wheelchairs or beds.
- Communication & Supervision: We watch over the residents and provide reassurance by speaking to them so they can feel secure.
- Functional Training & Recreation: We offer time to play and move together with the residents.
- Care Data Recording: Record interactions and understand the condition of the residents by keeping records.
▼Salary
Hourly wages range from 1,200 yen to 1,500 yen.
An example of monthly salary would be 211,200 yen for an hourly wage of 1200 yen for 8 hours of work and 22 days of work.
Transportation expenses will be paid based on regulations. There is no overtime work.
