▼Job Responsibilities
Manufacturing rubber products used in automobiles (standing position).
◆Fittings washing process
Put metal fittings (2 to 3 kg) into washing machine.
Place washed metal fittings in product boxes.
Stacking process of product boxes
Move boxes containing metal fittings to the designated place (1 to 2m)
Move product boxes with metal fittings to the designated location (1 to 2m)
◆Adhesive application process
Removes metal fittings from product boxes and feeds them into the applicator.
◆Molding process
The metal fittings are placed on the mold of the molding machine using a jig.
Press the start button of the molding machine.
The excess parts of rubber products after molding are trimmed off with fingers or nippers.
The molding process takes time, so you will be required to operate multiple machines at the same time.
◆Squeezing process
Set the rubber products on the squeezing machine.
Press the start button of the squeezer.
Remove products from the squeezer and visually inspect them.
Visual inspection
Visual inspection of rubber products on the workbench for flaws and deformities.
Packing of finished products is also a part of the work.
▼Salary
The hourly wage ranges from 1,400 yen to 1,750 yen.
After six months, the hourly wage will increase by 60 yen based on attendance rate and other regulations.
An example of monthly earnings is 286,912 yen for 7.75 hours of actual work, 21 days of work, and 30 hours of overtime.
Overtime allowance is provided.

▼Overtime Details
You will have overtime of about 10 to 30 hours a month.

5 workdays and 2 rest days (Saturdays and Sundays off, according to the company's annual calendar).
Holidays are treated as workdays as well as weekdays.
