The main work is the replacement and maintenance of rails, sleepers and crushed stones.

Also, driving maintenance vehicles and maintenance work on turnouts (points) are required.

Operation of motor cars for equipment is required (for qualified workers only).
Daytime training before starting nighttime work
Daytime training (one week after joining the company) will be provided at the Shizuoka Head Office.
