[Machine Operator
In this job, you will assist in making automotive parts. Mainly responsible for line work.
- Operates machines and presses to bend steel pipes.
- On a conveyor, transfers pipes from one conveyor to the next.
Assembly and processing
Assembles and processes parts called stabilizers for automobiles.
- The worker moves the parts on the conveyor by hand and passes them to the next process.
- The worker processes stabilizers and controls the quality of the product.
These processes require physical strength, but are simple tasks that can be learned quickly even by inexperienced workers. You can work in a stable workplace, and foreign nationals are also welcome to apply.
▼Salary
The hourly wage is 1,300 yen. Estimated monthly earnings total 221,706 yen, including base salary of 195,244 yen, weekday overtime allowance of 8,125 yen, and late-night allowance of 18,337 yen. Salary advance support is available. Commuting allowance is paid according to regulations, and 10 yen per kilometer is paid for cars and motorcycles.
Salary will not change during the training period.

▼Overtime Details
Overtime work is paid at 1.25 times the hourly rate of 1,300 yen per hour as a weekday overtime allowance. There is also an allowance for late-night work, which is paid at 0.25 times the hourly rate. There is no overtime allowance for working on holidays.
▼Holiday
Holidays are Saturdays and Sundays. Long vacations include Golden Week, summer/bon holidays, and year-end and New Year holidays. Annual holidays are 122 days.
▼Training
The probationary period is 2 months. Training is provided on-the-job, and due to the low level of difficulty, proficiency can be achieved in about one week. There is no change in salary during the training period.
