Machining work
Operate a machine called a bender used for bending work.

Assembly work
Glue and rivet parts together using solvents.

Laser processing machine operator
Responsible for operating machines that process steel plates. Scan barcodes, register them in the machine, and sort processed parts by product.

▼Salary
Monthly Salary
Basic monthly salary as a full-time employee starts at 200,000 yen.
Basic monthly salary during probationary period is 192,000 yen.

Annual salary
Estimated annual salary starts from 2,400,000 yen

Overtime allowance
Calculated at 1,500 yen per hour
Overtime during the probationary period is calculated at 15,000 yen (10 hours)

Other allowances
After becoming a full-time employee, a full-time allowance of 5,000 yen and a family allowance of 7,000 yen (for a spouse and two dependent children) will be provided.)

Bonuses and salary increases
Salary increase once a year and bonus twice a year.

Transportation expenses
Transportation expenses are paid based on distance.
Flat rate of 3,800 yen for bicycle commuters
4,200 yen to 12,900 yen depending on distance if commuting by car

Other
Qualification acquisition support system is available.
Company pays all expenses.
Retirement allowance is available from the third year of employment.
