【Welding Engineer】
In this position, you will work on welding materials such as iron, stainless steel, and aluminum. Below are the specific job contents described.
- Use welding machines to join parts of iron, stainless steel, and aluminum.
- Check the quality of finished products and ship those that meet the standards.
- You are required to work efficiently while paying attention to safety.

- Assemble and process parts.

The basic salary is from 210,000 yen to 230,000 yen per month. There are deductions for absenteeism in a daily/monthly salary system, with an allowance of 3,000 yen per child and an attendance allowance of 5,000 yen provided. Overtime allowance for hours worked beyond the regular schedule is possible up to 5 hours per day, with a limit of 4 times, up to 80 hours per month, and 500 hours per year in cases of special circumstances. There is a salary increase system, with an increase of 10,000 yen to 20,000 yen per month based on the previous year's performance, and a bonus paid twice a year, with a performance history of 0 yen to 200,000 yen.
